The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. the view from the balcony was very nice, facing the ocean. I watched the sunset. there was good water pressure in the shower.
I didn't like the high price for parking. I feel like it should be less.

The hotel is located within walking distance to the main beach attractions. it is directly beachfront. It provides easy access to the sand and water. the resort is in a strategic area.

The pool area is well-kept. beach chairs are included in the resort fee. Umbrellas are also available. the hotel has a reserved beach access. This access was an excellent service.

the staff was friendly and accommodating . team members provide top drawer service from the restaurant to the pool and cleanliness of rooms. training is clearly a priority.

fantastic lobbybeach accesshidden fees
the lobby smelled fantastic! the rooms were lovely. i was able to get a wonderful massage in the spa. complimentary use of an umbrella and loungers on the beach was our favorite part.
I had multiple issues, especially hidden fees. I had to pay $42 a night for valet. this put me off to the hotel! multiple answers from the front desk did not help, either.

the hotel features a pool open until 3am, so guests can swim or use the hot tub after dancing. the hotel provides valet parking. the spa offers massage services for relaxation and wellness.

the hotel has a main restaurant that serves very good food. there is also a pool bar, though tipping practices may need clarification. some guests have found the food to be expensive.
